Great location. Lovely little chalet. Fred was great and the dog very friendly. Greeted by lawn cutting robot on arrival and chickens on departure. Unfortunately it was a short stay as en route to ferry after a motorcycle tour. Wish I could have stayed a bit longer. A bit different, but in a very good way!

Le Petit Chalet -Appartement proche de la vieille ville , du centre ville et du Tram- PETIT DEJEUNER OFFERT se encuentra a pocos pasos del centro de la ciudad de Le Mans. Excellent location for easy access to Le Mans main town. Everything provided and breakfast selection was really good. We were met by William who showed us where to park and was very friendly. The room was small but very comfortable. Perfect for a short stay.

Very nice hosts, we had a lot of fun even without speaking the same language! Great service and very nice and friendly location, I will come back, for sure.

Also there is a farm shop in the grounds where you can stock up with local produce.
