Fantastic setting and very comfortable. This little hideaway has everything you need with some amazing little extras, christmas decorations were a lovely touch. Despite it being the depths of winter it was warm and cosy. Our 9 year old loved the bunk and wanted to move in 😄 host was so helpful, making sure we could park our car safely aswell thank you for an awesome stay!

A very comfortable bed & breakfast. Heather was a wonderful host, answered all our queries and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was amazing, best English breakfast I've ever had. The location was just perfect, very close to everything, The Tunnels, the front and the high street. Ilfracombe is just beautiful. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

The room is new, modern, clean, and equipped with everything you need. It has a small front garden and, being set back from the road, it’s quiet and private. Street parking is easy, though paid (free at night). Definitely the best option for visiting Exeter.

Faultless! Blew our expectations out of the water. Incredibly well built cosy cabin in the most traquil secluded setting. Even had the luxury of heavy rain making the expierience even cosier.

This is an amazing little hideaway. Beautiful views, and all so well thought out with stylish interiors. Great use of space inside the huts with everything you would need. Lovely welcome hamper on arrival. Our two children are 9 and 13 and managed fine in the bunk beds. They loved staying here and lit the outdoor fire both nights. We had gorgeous weather and used the bbq and outdoor space alot. We were so lucky to be one of the first customers at the Roost. Great and useful communication from the hosts. I’m sure this place will be booked up very quickly. We’ll definitely be coming back!

This place is exactly how it looks in the photos - it is INCREDIBLE! We enjoyed every minute here, marvelling in the scenery, watching the sheep (we especially enjoyed the one that ran away from the farmers, making them chase it in the sunset!) bunnies and birds. The instructions for how to use the facilities were clear, and the little extras were thoroughly enjoyed. The bed was incredibly comfortable too! Watching the stars in the hot tub was surreal - and now we know there are other locations we will certainly be booking to stay at every one of them! Can't recommend this place enough - everyone should have an experience like this! Thank you for everything 🖤
