The rooms were really nice and clean. We travelled in the end of December so it was pretty chill in Kutaisi but the rooms were quite warm and comfortable. The host is nice and friendly too.

The chalet is very spacious and clean, the bathroom is quite big too. The property has a nice garden with hammocks and the chalet itself has outdoor seating too - perfect for a morning coffee. There was an adorable kitten outside which is a welcome bonus! The location is great too - in a quiet neighborhood but very close to the center.

The room was very spacious, had a private bathroom, and the shared kitchen was well-equipped with everything I needed. The owner is very kind and helpful, and his father is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even though we didn't share a language, we managed to exchange a lot about Georgian culture. He even generously invited me to taste his delicious homemade wine! What truly set this stay apart was their exceptional care during the major snow emergency in Kayseri. When the house lost electricity and water, the host's father lit a fire to keep me warm, the owner personally brought me food, and then drove me to the airport himself to ensure I could catch my flight. Thank you so much for your incredible hospitality. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kayseri

The cottage ist pretty new and very nice. We enjoyed the huge area, which is exclusively available with the hut. The children loved the bed above the sitting room. We very much enjoyed the breakfast service as it was our last stay on our trip and we had nothing to organise. We booked this cottage on very short notice and received all detailed information for arrival, access and services in a very good time. The owner was very friendly and offered us to extend our stay for a couple of hours while waiting for our flight as there was no other booking following.

The cottage is very lovely. There was everything we needed and even more. A jar of family wine was a nice present, thank you. It was so good so we bought one more bottle (you need just take it from fridge and leave payment). It was easy to find the cottage and get the keys. The host was super helpful and nice.
