We had a wonderful stay at Kubuhill Sunset Bungalow in Nusa Penida and can highly recommend it! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome. Renting a scooter directly at the accommodation was super easy, making it simple to explore the island at our own pace. We also loved the location: it’s just a short walk to Vegan Soul Kitchen, one of the best restaurants on Nusa Penida, and the sunsets from the bungalows are absolutely magical. Everything was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained — with a peaceful atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Thank you to the whole team — we’d love to come back!

The accommodation was excellent. Beautiful wooden bungalows surrounded by nature, right on the riverbank. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection on the menu. The staff was extremely kind! Highly recommended!

It's like a tranquil gem set at the foot of hills and trees. We really enjoyed our stay here. Michael and all the staff were so welcoming and nice. Totally feels like home. Here, all the guests interact like long time friends. There were several activities or discussions you can join, but if you prefer to do things on your own, that's OK too. This place also offers a yoga course as well. Staying here truly refreshed our mind. Since we did a road trip from Jakarta, we could have a great relaxation just by laying in bed doing nothing here. At night we did stargazing and I swear the stars were sparkling so exquisitely! Even my friend who stays in South Bali said that she was only seeing 1 star at the time I sent her the picture of the sky above us! Overall, you should give this place a try while staying around Menjangan.

The property is so charming! Ami was our best guide during our trip, so kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place and ask for Ami if you stay there she is clearly the best! The place was may better than we expected.

We stayed in the only two bedroom villa at Oemah Tepi Sawah to celebrate my birthday. It was the most amazing birthday I've had for years! For all I had hope for, was to spend some time in the nature, the quiet part of Bali, and Oemah Tepi Sawah was the perfect place for me. We spent two nights and everything was perfect. From the homecook meal they served during breakfast and dinner, unto the grounds itself which was surrounded by rice paddies and tropical jungle. Not to mention the staffs were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They are very polite to the guests including us who are actually local Indonesian. They spoke other languages like Dutch and English, and I have to give my hats off to ibu Dewi who is the owner of Oemah. We had a nice conversation on the last day we were there, and was very helpful in providing us information about the Subak Coffee (local grown coffee that was grown around the area). We would definitely come back, as we are nature lovers. Read the reviews before you book this place, don't expect a 5 star a hotel experience in the city. This place is for you to getaway from the craziness in the city, and be one with the nature!

Excellent location, amazing view, very quiet and nice for sleeping. Nice breakfast, huge room size, huge beds. Good Aircon and fan.

Really enjoyable stay! My girlfriend booked this for my birthday and really was a fantastic experience! (Posting on her behalf :)) It was a very modern room with a comfortable bed. The pool was spotless. The projector screen was a great experience as I’m a huge movie fan! Make sure to start watching as soon as darkness falls to get two movies in! The staff were extremely helpful and served us a lovely breakfast!
