Two weeks ago I stayed at the Kartika Lodge and I still regret that I did not stay longer than 3 nights. It is a really beautiful house and the garden and the view are beautiful. Furthermore Zaky is really friendly, funny and helpful. I stayed there on my own and really enjoyed my time.

He sorted out surfboard and scooter rentals for us, and even drove us to the airport at 5am. He also cooked delicious, traditional bbq fish dinners for us to share with his family on several occasions. The location is perfect - just 5 minutes from BK surf point and tucked away down a little local street. There's a kitchen you can cook in, a fridge and drinking water all provided. There's comfy hammocks and a table to chill out in out the front of the homestay aswell. Highly recommend!
