Our stay at Poetri Bungalow in Senaru was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the incredibly kind and thoughtful host, Ita. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by her warmth and generosity. Despite our delayed flight and arriving close to 1AM, Ita waited up just to cook us a hot, comforting dinner—a gesture we’ll never forget. It was exactly what we needed after a long and tiring journey. Her team of boys were equally wonderful—always helpful, smiling, and proactive. They even personally took us to get a local SIM card, which was quite a distance away, just to make sure we were well connected during our trip. The location of Poetri Bungalow is unbeatable—right next to the stunning Sendang Gile and Tiu Kelep Waterfalls, which are an absolute must-visit. Being able to walk to these breathtaking spots from our stay was a huge bonus. We also went on the Rinjani Trek with Ita’s team, and it was seamless and so well organized. They packed an incredible amount of food for my husband, tailored to his needs, and ensured we were comfortable and well-fed throughout the trek. Ita also helped coordinate all our transfers—from the airport pickup to the ferry drop-off—which was super convenient and fairly priced. Having someone take care of all the logistics really allowed us to relax and enjoy our holiday. Overall, Poetri Bungalow is a gem, and Ita truly made our experience unforgettable. We’re already dreaming of coming back—just to stay with her again.❤️

I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a zen like ezperience out in Lombok. The attendant Restu was superb! My partner had some bowel issue and Restu was to the rescue! Very attentive and great with details and always have a lovely smile. All staff were very lovely and accomodating. Beyond 5 stars!

Bahçe manzaralı ve Sangyang noktasında yer alan Aranka Tempasan tesisi restoran, çocuk kulübü, bar, bahçe, teras ve çocuk oyun alanı olanaklarına sahiptir. The view from the huts is absolutely stunning, and our bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious every day - and we loved the thoughtful touch of getting a little extra treat each morning featuring traditional food. The owners really pay attention to detail and also offer a variety of activities for guests (at an additional cost). We tried a few and enjoyed them, but we were just as happy relaxing on our terrace. Such a calming and beautiful place - can highly recommended!:) P.S. One more thank you for the bonfire each evening!

I can’t recommend this place enough! We booked 3 nights and stayed 6, because we just didn’t want to leave this place especially because of the owner Anya. He made our stay very special. We did a little day tour with him around tetebatu, drank lots of coffee together and had good conversations. The homestay itself was great. Very clean & good smelling. Hot shower with perfect shower jet! Comfy bed, nice pillows and clean bed sheets. Little terrace where you can sit and enjoy the view into the green. Breakfast was good and they also offer food the whole day which was amaaaazing! We ended up eating everyday lunch & dinner there :) The location was wonderful. In the middle of the green, perfect for sunrise and sunset walks. Very quiet, better than staying in town. You will need a scooter but that’s everywhere around Tetebatu. He organized us scooters and transports to Gilis afterwards.

We can totally see why Ila honestly has amazing reviews - it really was the perfect place to stay in Senaru! The location was ideal to everything you want to see. The cottages are spacious, clean and comfortable with huge bathrooms. The staff are SO friendly and accommodating- they went out of their way to help us with so many things… we will miss them the most. The food - WOW! The best we have had in all of Lombok! They also had beautiful little kittens roaming around - the perfect bonus… thank you for everything.

The rooms are big and clean with 2x2m beds. We were sleeping 2 adults and 1 5 years-old kid. The hotel is very quiet with a nice pool practically for you as there are only 6 rooms. The kitchen serves excellent quality food all the day: breakfast, lunch, dinner. We tasted 80% of the plates and they were delicious!! Better than going to Kuta. It's near Kuta but you will need a transport. The are no Grab cars in the area but there's a private driver living near the hotel called Han, really recommended!! Just ask for him in the reception.

We were the very first guests at this new place and really enjoyed our stay. The room with private bathroom was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The accommodation is located between beautiful rice fields, which makes it quiet and relaxing. The host was friendly, helpful, and even recommended us a very good restaurant nearby. A nice spot to stay, and we would be happy to come back.

Exactly what you get for the price: comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom, hot shower, simple breakfast. Super nice owners! After our Rinjani hike we stopped to ask if we could pay a small fee to take a shower and they let us into one room to clean ourselves. So nice of them! Plus the view of the rice terraces and mountains is so nice!

We travelled with our kids- 13 and 15. We love to travel vs “holiday”. Staying in the quiet village close to the mosque really helped us feel immersed in their culture. The host Putu & staff were so welcoming and chilled out. The family room was perfect! If you are looking for luxuries this isn’t for you. Comfort and peace then yes!

A classic wooden art house, and truly a valuable place to stay. Beautiful view of the rice fields and mountains. Staff are friendly and helpful. Laundry is available on-site, and breakfast is included. Air conditioning works well. Rooms are large, an entire floor to yourself. Relaxing chair or a table with chairs. Location is great, and strategically placed.
