Guides are very sympathetic and funny, also professional as well. They respected all rules for contact with Orangutans and other animals. Meals in jungle were very tasty with a lot of fruits. Our 10 years son was also very happy and spent great time, enjoying trip.

Amazing place, the location is superb in the centre of the picturesque village Bukit Lawang and next to the river! The staff is absolutely amazing, and the food wow.. Furthermore we did the 3 days/2night jungle trek with Andy and Jerry, which was absolutely incredible. The tour was full of insights on the local flora and fauna, accompanied by well organised base camps and great food. We can do nothing but recommend this place! Looking forward to being back, Lara and Stijn!

I'm speechless to describe this beautiful experience, "Garden Inn"—wow! 100% recommended. From the very first moment, they helped us with the airport transfer and jungle trek. The entire team was incredibly kind, constantly reminding us to enjoy our vacation! We settled into our beautiful room, comfortable bed, everything spotless, gorgeous view, with the sounds of the jungle. An amazing place to stay, right in the heart of nature; monkeys were arriving with their families. During the trek, we had the pleasure of being accompanied by Herwin Anoraga, a very professional guide, very attentive and dedicated to his work. He gave us information about many aspects of the jungle, answered our questions, and made us feel safe. It was wonderful to share time with him and, at times, with the other guides. Thank you for your kindness, for making us feel at home, but in a very special home: the jungle. The food was delicious and plentiful! We saw many wild orangutans; it was incredible! Very close to us, following all the instructions Herwin gave us, it's clearly a very ethical place to take this tour. We also saw a pheasant, monitor lizard, pig-tailed macaque, long-tailed macaque, white-handed gibbons, siamang gibbons, and Thomas's langur. If we have the chance to repeat this experience, it would undoubtedly be with Garden Inn. Thank you for these unforgettable holidays.

Nastanitev On The Rocks Bungalows, Restaurant and Jungle Trekking Tours - From May to September only stay here if you are booking jungle treks with us - feel free to contact us about our Jungle... We were treated like family at on the rocks, wawan and his team were so helpful and friendly that we instantly felt at home. I cannot recommend staying here enough. We did multiple treks with Wong and he was wonderful, so much information to share but also never even felt like he was a guide. Treks can be suited for your fitness level but you are almost guaranteed to see orangutans no matter where you go. The restaurant was also delicious.
