Das Restaurant liegt direkt am Fluss und das Essen schmeckte hervorragend. Ich bestellte das Taxi von Medan über Green Travelodge und alles hat super geklappt. Ich buchte die zwei Tage Jungle Tour und die Guides Jack und André machten einen super Job. Jack teilte sein Wissen über die Flora und Fauna des Jungels und André passte auf dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Ich hatte eine tolle Zeit in Bukit Lawang.

The entire team was incredibly kind, constantly reminding us to enjoy our vacation! We settled into our beautiful room, comfortable bed, everything spotless, gorgeous view, with the sounds of the jungle. An amazing place to stay, right in the heart of nature; monkeys were arriving with their families. During the trek, we had the pleasure of being accompanied by Herwin Anoraga, a very professional guide, very attentive and dedicated to his work. He gave us information about many aspects of the jungle, answered our questions, and made us feel safe. It was wonderful to share time with him and, at times, with the other guides. Thank you for your kindness, for making us feel at home, but in a very special home: the jungle. The food was delicious and plentiful! We saw many wild orangutans; it was incredible! Very close to us, following all the instructions Herwin gave us, it's clearly a very ethical place to take this tour. We also saw a pheasant, monitor lizard, pig-tailed macaque, long-tailed macaque, white-handed gibbons, siamang gibbons, and Thomas's langur. If we have the chance to repeat this experience, it would undoubtedly be with Garden Inn. Thank you for these unforgettable holidays.

I did the 3 days jungle trekking with them and it was amazing. Ian, Ianta and Josef were our guides and they were so nice. The food was so good. They cooked big meals in the jungle that were delicious. Would definitly do it again with these guides

We were treated like family at on the rocks, wawan and his team were so helpful and friendly that we instantly felt at home. I cannot recommend staying here enough. We did multiple treks with Wong and he was wonderful, so much information to share but also never even felt like he was a guide. Treks can be suited for your fitness level but you are almost guaranteed to see orangutans no matter where you go. The restaurant was also delicious.

But what made our time extra special was the kindness and thoughtfulness of Frenkie and his wife. They surprised me with a cake and doughnuts for my birthday, which was such a heartwarming gesture and made me feel incredibly welcome and cared for. I’m so grateful for their generosity—it really made the experience unforgettable. I couldn’t recommend this villa and these amazing hosts enough. Thank you, Frenkie!

Sehr herziges Häuschen mit Blick auf die Reisfelder. Ruhige Umgebung da es erwas abgelegen ist. Der Besitzer ist Lehrer und hat uns mit in die Schule genommen. Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis mit den fröhlichen Kindern. Er hat uns auch zu einem guten Preis nach Padang gefahren.
