Amazing place, the location is superb in the centre of the picturesque village Bukit Lawang and next to the river! The staff is absolutely amazing, and the food wow.. Furthermore we did the 3 days/2night jungle trek with Andy and Jerry, which was absolutely incredible. The tour was full of insights on the local flora and fauna, accompanied by well organised base camps and great food. We can do nothing but recommend this place! Looking forward to being back, Lara and Stijn!

We've loved to stay here and do the trek of two days one night with them. Ewin and Mawan are awesome!!! They explained us a lot of different things and gave us a lot of tasty food. The owner is a very kind elementary school teacher who lives near the homestay with his family. I stayed in one of the cabins and enjoyed the cleanliness, the hot water in the shower, the excellent WiFi, the exceptional view from the back porch, and the incredible hospitality of the whole family.

The staff are so friendly and kind and made me feel at home and part of their family. I will never forget them. The rooms are spacious and the views are stunning. It is possible to swim and snorkel from the small beach.

It's a quiet place..I really enjoyed my stay.. the staff was nice and very easy to deal with upon check in and check out.. its not too far from town..the room was clean also the bathroom..the owner just cleaned the pool only to give fun to my daughter..really appreciate that..will stay with the same homestay if i come again.

Everything was great. - The location is close to the harbor; - They arranged the transfer from the Airport and to the ferry; - They had a bike to rent for us; - They did our laundry at the same day; - We could use their fridge to store food. The staff was really helpful and friendly. A great choice for a night in Padang.
