We absolutely loved this place!!! Its location it’s perfect, really close to Gunung Leusere National Park entrance. Staff received us with a warm welcome and helped us to carry our bags to the bungalow. They all are helpful and looking after their guests. As soon as we arrived, staff informed us about trekking options, we decided to opt for 2 days trekking with a night in the jungle and rafting (note that rafting is optional but I would recommend you not to hesitate in hiring the activity, really funny). We started the trekking day after of our arrival with Rony and Klin, it couldn’t be better. Honestly, it exceeded our expectations! We saw plenty of different type of animals (and monkeys) orangutans of course! We enjoyed nature, met incredible people and we had lot of fun. Night in the jungle is an absolutely experience. Also mention to our chef, Huan who cooked us our lunch and dinner in the camp. We felt safe all the time with mentioned guides. Amazing experience

Green Travelodge Bukit Lawang, ubicado en Bukit Lawang, tiene alojamiento con sala de estar. Hay wifi gratis y se ofrece estacionamiento privado con costo adicional. Os recomiendo este pedazo lugar. No sólo por las habitaciones impecables, grandes, preciosas, limpias... Sino por ellos... Realmente se preocupan de qué no te falte de nada, de que si tienes algún problema... Lo van a solucionar. Viajo sola y cuidaron de mí como si fuera mi familia. El mejor lugar de bukit Lawang por ubicación, por ser precioso y porque el staff y Jail el dueño son las personas con más corazón que he encontrado viajando por el mundo. Prepararon una clase de cocina para mí increíble. El treking en la selva fué top con el guía Salama. No estoy exagerando. En la habitación de al lado había una mujer que venía enferma desde Bali, y éllos cuidaron de ella como si fueran familia. Le llevaron un doctor increíble e iban a verla cada 2 horas. I'm speechless to describe this beautiful experience, "Garden Inn"—wow! 100% recommended. From the very first moment, they helped us with the airport transfer and jungle trek. The entire team was incredibly kind, constantly reminding us to enjoy our vacation! We settled into our beautiful room, comfortable bed, everything spotless, gorgeous view, with the sounds of the jungle. An amazing place to stay, right in the heart of nature; monkeys were arriving with their families. During the trek, we had the pleasure of being accompanied by Herwin Anoraga, a very professional guide, very attentive and dedicated to his work. He gave us information about many aspects of the jungle, answered our questions, and made us feel safe. It was wonderful to share time with him and, at times, with the other guides. Thank you for your kindness, for making us feel at home, but in a very special home: the jungle. The food was delicious and plentiful! We saw many wild orangutans; it was incredible! Very close to us, following all the instructions Herwin gave us, it's clearly a very ethical place to take this tour. We also saw a pheasant, monitor lizard, pig-tailed macaque, long-tailed macaque, white-handed gibbons, siamang gibbons, and Thomas's langur. If we have the chance to repeat this experience, it would undoubtedly be with Garden Inn. Thank you for these unforgettable holidays.

El lugar que se encuentra en la selva es sencillamente hermoso, puedes ver monos, reptiles y aves, está cerca del río y del campanento donde duermes cuando haces el tekking. La infraestructura es bastante sencilla, la comida fue simple pero deliciosa, el personal amable, me ayudaron con todo desde el inicio hasta el final. Si quieres ir a desconectar unos días y no eres demasiado exigente con el baño y la ducha, este lugar es perfecto, volvería feliz.

The homestay currently consists of three one-room cabins and a small house w/ a compact kitchen. It’s located in a quiet area away from the busy main road. The owner is a very kind elementary school teacher who lives near the homestay with his family. I stayed in one of the cabins and enjoyed the cleanliness, the hot water in the shower, the excellent WiFi, the exceptional view from the back porch, and the incredible hospitality of the whole family.

UKCC Hotel está ubicado en Kota Bawah Timur. El alojamiento está ubicado a a menos de 1 km de Playa Sumur Tiga y ofrece un jardín y estacionamiento privado gratis. The view is amazing ! We rent the bungalow with 2 bedrooms. The owner are really nice and helpful, they help us for rent scooter.

Small apartment with private bathroom and western shower. Balcony with Sea view. Only 10 meters to the Ocean (private beach). Free drinking water and hot water. It’s possible to buy coffee and small goods at the hostel. The owner is very kind. Bed is big and comfortable. Fan is enough to keep the room cool with open windows.

Sentosa Lodge está ubicado en Padang y tiene bicicletas gratis, jardín, salón compartido y terraza. Excelente precio calidad y la amabilidad de todo el personal. Me quedé 2 veces de paso para ir a mentawai y volvería a quedarme ahi. Camas muy cómodas.
