The place is huge and absolutely perfect for a family vacation or a group of friends. The host has paid great attention to detail and provided many entertainment and game options, making our stay both fun and relaxing. The host was extremely kind and helpful and always made sure we had everything we needed. The swings and hammock added lovely, laid-back staycation vibes. We also really appreciated the property’s sustainable approach, with no plastic use, while still offering an authentic traditional Kerala experience. The breakfast was authentic Kerala-style and absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a memorable stay and highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, culture, and relaxation.

The owner, Binu, was very kind and helpful, replying to every requests we had and helping us every day to organize pick up and return with local tuc tuc, suggesting also a very nice festival to visit and organizing the trip. The villa has also an external garden where my kid could spend some time playing. The beach is also super close (5 minutes walk) and a very nice café and yoga/surf place at just 80 meters from the house. I recommend for everyone but also for families, great and clean space to host children. Thanks again for all!

Staff was very helpful. He called me in advance to know when we will reach as we were traveling by car from a long distance. It was raining heavily when we reached the entrance. He promptly answered my phone call and helped us to park the car and helped all 8 of us to get inside without getting wet. Room was very spacious and comfy with 3 double beds and extra bed was sent to us in request.
