If that is the norm rather than my luck, then I suggest they put it in the description on Booking.com, because it is a deal breaker for many foreigners in India. Toilet paper, soap and towels were also provided. Good WiFi inside my room. There is a cozy garden restaurant, the only such place I could see in town.
