Hengifosslodge Tiny Houses in Egilsstadir provides adults-only accommodation with a private beach area and a garden. Just an absolute 10/10 accomidation. Cozy little cabin in the woods about 20-30 minutes outside Egilsstaðir. The have everything you could possible need for a wonderful stay. We had dimm and rainy weather so we lit up the fireplace for a warm and cozy evening. Falling to sleep in the upper room with rain falling on the roof was delightful. If you are having second thoughts about booking this accomidation - go for it! You will not regret it.

Laugarfell Accommodation & Hot Springs is located in the Eastern Highlands and is at the border of Vatnajökull National Park. The staff were so friendly and personable. Very clean facilities. The hot pools were amazing, especially after a long day of hiking. Loved the isolated surroundings as well. Very relaxing and secluded.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The rooms are big and comfortable, the beds were really really comfortable! The owner is such a nice and friendly gentleman. What a pleasure it was to meet him! The kitchen is nice and big and you can use anything you need. In the fridge was everything you need for breakfast. We would absolutely recommend this lodge to anybody!
