The first day my son said this was the best breakfast buffet he's ever had in a hotel, and I agree. We were looking forward to it each morning. We would start by making apple, carrot and ginger juice in the centrifuge juicer. The delicious freshly baked bread and buns. Yoghurt, and a nice variety of cheeses, cold cuts, jams, sweet and savoury pastries. An egg boiler allowed you to make soft or hard boiled eggs. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate. On top of that the view is beautiful from the breakfast room. The staff work hard and provide service with a smile. The place is spotless. We used the spa (outdoor hot tub with a view, sauna, steam room and relaxation rooms) each day after skiing and didn't have sore muscles because of it. The apartment we had was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen well stocked even though we didn't use it. La Bercia restaurant is fantastic as well and we ate there three times during our stay.
