This hotel is new, beautiful and very comfortable! Bed comfy, bathroom outstanding - coffee, fridge & all that you need! Location is excellent - walking distance to many restaurants and ferry stop. Staff are amazing - friendly, helpful and go the extra mile. Free parking was great!

EVERYTHING!! Comfortable beds, the views, facilities like the hot tub, pool, lawn chairs & the breakfast room was all incredible. We sadly could only stay 1 night but we will definitely be back for more time!

The view is amazing and the host - Davide was very welcoming. He provided great advice on local restaurants, walks and places to visit around Lake Como. The Ferry station is very close and there is a local supermarket and cafe nearby. Overall an awesome place to stay.

The views from property were beautiful. The addition of a garden and three balconies with fantastic views was a real plus. Beautifully decorated and in a quiet location. Great if you have a dog. Maria who met us at the property was really helpful during our stay.

Everyhting was really good. Excellent staff, super friendly. Accommodation was really good too! I would definitely recommend Italia 90 to anybody who loves camping! Great experience. We will definitely come back again.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Iconic Lodge. The accommodation is very well done, very clean and comfortable. We loved the peacefulness of staying in the hills of Bellagio but also being able to visit to main town during the day. Francoise is a wonderful host and made our stay very memorable.
