They live in the same building and are very nice and friendly. Good and safe free parking outside the building. The apartment has got everything you ask for. We were lucky and got upgraded into a larger apartment then we originally booked.

Size of rooms, shower and washing place outside, car parking with a roof (tent), nice kitchen with cooking tools and pots, beautiful stars in the night! Beautiful and well maintained garden with sea view and a Nuraghe (~5 min walk from home)! It has everything we needed. Very easy access to many beautiful beaches of both sand and rocks. Also, most of those beaches are not crowded at all. Real paradise! The owner is very kind and flexible!
