Our host's recommendations for local cuisine were outstanding. If you like German food you must try the Knappenstube located in an old mine museum.

Biggest bed I have ever slept in! The apartment was in a nice quiet, residential area but within easy walking distance to the old town. Can't fault the apartment,. The owner had to come and open the safe for us as we (I) messed it up, they were so lovely about it. We are a bit nervous that this was at the start of the trip and we have peaked too early 😂

It was in a lovely quiet area but close to the town with all its amenities. It had everything we could have needed, we don’t cook whilst on holiday but it had the facilities to if we had wanted to.. The bed was amazing, so much room! We had a great time.

An absolutely wonderful place to stay! Klaus’s chalet is a true gem in the Alps. The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming, creating the feeling of home away from home. You can feel that everything here is made with love and soul — from the interior design to the smallest details. The chalet is beautiful and cozy, with a swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi that are perfect for relaxing after a day in the mountains. There is even a Klaus's museum on-site, was such a delightful surprise. Special thanks to Josip and Halia for their care and hospitality. On our last evening, we were treated to a traditional local dish, knödel, which became a real culinary highlight of our trip. This is a place we will always remember, and we will definitely come back. Highly recommended for anyone who values warmth, beauty, and genuine hospitality! Thank You Klaus!
