Fantastic customer service. They helped us with local transportation and answered all of our questions. The property is perfect with its cleanliness and premium furniture.

I loved how cozy and comfortable this Ryokan was. Everything is well-maintained and clean. We visited during winter because we really wanted to try skiing. The owners helped us find our way around, from where to rent gears and equipment to suitable skiing spots for beginners. They also picked us up at the Happo Terminal Bus Station for free, and contacting them was not an issue because they ensured they would be on time. I would also like to mention the mini library section. Although we can't read in Japanese, we enjoyed it and were able to find our favorite Japanese anime comics. Additionally, we opted for breakfast, and it was really delicious and healthy! Every day, they served us with a different set of meals.

Location - restaurants, ski bus, rentals. Amazing shower head. Complimentary taxi to/from the bus hub. Ski dry room.

A 10-minute drive from Hakuba Happo-One Winter Ski Resort, Pension Tomato offers spacious Western-style rooms with a loft area. Love it. Super friendly hosts who helped us a lot, offered to pick us up, take us to hire gear at echoland (with discount at affiliated store), take us to deliver our luggage and send us to the station upon checking out. Booked restaurants for us too since we didn't have a local phone number. Thank you so much! Great accommodation, very cosy and nice atmosphere, vending machine inside, 2 onsen rooms (one of which has an outdoor onsen too, very nice in the snow) which can be used privately by booking each day. Drying room for ski gear is very convenient. Short walking distance (<5 min) to free local bus stop to goryu, happo, iwatake and also to echoland base camp for the hakuba valley shuttle. Buses only run a few each day and finish pretty early, best to not miss the last one as getting a taxi can be a pain! Breakfast needs to be booked by 10am from the previous day, but it's amazing, highly recommended.

We have a variety of beautiful and well appointed chalets, located in prime areas centered around the Happo ski resort in Hakuba. Location is great to walk to Happo One slopes. However, not very walkable to restaurants etc. Probably need a car or hire taxi . Staff communication was excellent. The villa has everything we need for a week stay. Rooms are spacious and functional.

A 10-minute walk from Happo One Ski Resort, guests at Log Cottage Epoch can rent out an entire cottage. Each spacious cottage comes with free Wi-Fi and includes a kitchen and a living room. Cottage was warm and cozy; had heated floors, which was so comfortable and relaxing after a long day skiing. The place was very clean and spacious for our family of 4. We especially were surprised that our particular unit had 2 toilets and 2 showers!

Objekt Il Bosco nudi smještaj, restoran, besplatne bicikle, vrt i zajednički salon, a na udaljenosti od 13 km nalazi se znamenitost Skijalište Tsugaike Kogen. Delightful in every way. Long to go back in the winter to see Il Bosco buried in snow. The wonderful owners, Naomi and Koki, could not be more hospitable. So helpful and kind. Freshly baked bread at breakfast and great pasta for dinner. I feel very nostalgic about my stay.

Objekt Pension Marionette smješten je u gradu 'Hakuba', u blizini znamenitosti Skijalište Hakuba Happoone Winter Resort i Turistički informativni centar Hakuba Happo Bus Terminal, te ima izravan... The location was awesome, quiet and tucked away but 30 seconds to Main Street echoland. The downstairs common area was soothing and relaxing, warm and inviting. I can’t say enough about Matsua and his hospitality and willingness to help. I HIGHLY suggest Pension Marrionette for several reasons. I’m solo but had two beds and upstairs loft that was either for morning relaxing yoga or to house another two individuals. I hope I return and can enjoy the Marionette again soon.
