Ideally situated in the centre of Kyoto, the recently renovated 秋桜館Cosmos offers well-equipped accommodation featuring air conditioning, free WiFi and flat-screen TV. The two stories allowed us to spread out a bit. The rooms were comfortable and had good AC, important for a very hot July. Nice bathroom and laundry. Very responsive host.

I had a fantastic stay at this guesthouse! The surrounding scenery is absolutely beautiful and incredibly peaceful. It was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation, which made exploring Kyoto a breeze. Highly recommended for a great experience in Kyoto!

I loved how everything was super clean and the house was super cozy. There were heat pumps in both bedrooms so it was very comfortable at night. Also, the proximity to Toji Temple as a nice surprise.

The location is fantastic, with peaceful surroundings that made our experience even more special, and the area itself is simply stunning. It was the perfect place for our honeymoon!
