We were at the two bedroom house and the view, the furnishing and the decorations were breathtaking! Also there's 2.5 baths instead of 2 as advertised. The location is perfect - about 10 minute walk to the restaurants. However what really made our stay so memorable was the service team. They felt like family and were super responsive to every request on WhatsApp. From restaurant and onsen suggestions to helping us book tables. They sent their own car in a snow storm to rescue us from cortina when all taxis cancelled on us. Words can't describe our appreciation and thank you for making our annual family trip so perfect.

The property was huge and we had plenty of space in the bedrooms as well as in the living room. The toilets were working and clean, bathroom was spacious, clean and came with a bathtub. Location was great and near restaurants and gear rental. The sofa was super comfy and the place could easily accommodate more people. The group agreed that it exceeded our expectations and we would gladly stay here again when visiting Hakuba

There is a shared lounge at this property and guests can go skiing and cycling nearby. I loved everything here. Usually lodge has only Japanese futon in tatami room but we slept comfortably in bed. Breakfast was tasty and hospitality was incredible. They also have sauna 😍

Amazing amenities (private onsen was the best), close proximity to great restaurants and bars (walking distance, but still peaceful and quiet at Belnina), delicious home cooked breakfast buffet, and the absolute kindest owner. The experience was very personable and we will definitely be back!

Our room was small, but we knew that when we booked so we were not bothered by that in any way. Aovely way to break up the trip from Tokyo to Kamikochi if you have a car and it is worth a visit just for the sake of being there.
