Offering a tranquil garden setting, Ololo Safari Lodge & Farm is nestled at the Mbagathi River bordering the famous Nairobi National Park. Beautiful property in Nairobi… a mix between safari and farm vibes. It was a great transition after a few days in the Maasai Mara. Comfortable rooms (I stayed in the tented villa), lush gardens, views into the National Park, Great food and activities (game drives, sip and paint, cow milking, etc…).

The cottage is very cosy, clean and comfortable, with a wonderful view of the beautiful garden. The location is very safe, and it was perfect since I attended a conference within a 10 min walking distance. Liz and her family are fantastic hosts; I even got sick during my time there, and Liz helped me a lot by taking me to the hospital and checking on me. They are very kind and make you feel at home.

Hotel Troy borders the Nairobi National Park in Karen, Nairobi. The hotel features beautifully manicured gardens where many species of African birds can be spotted. Loved how secluded it was. Being surrounded by nature and yet not too far from the city. Made an ideal stop for someone that is on an exploration kick!

Perfect location in Karen for our stay. The Host was very helpful in giving advice on what to see and do. Very quiet, clean and big place. I loved our evening dinners in the garden.
