The place is very calm and quiet, perfect for relaxing and getting away from the city. The beds were super comfy and we slept really well throughout our stay. One of the best parts was spending time by the fireplace. We had an amazing time there and it made the whole experience feel extra special. The food was amazing and honestly better than we expected. Every meal was really enjoyable. The staff are incredibly friendly and very helpful. The service was truly top class and they made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Even with the flooding and landslides happening in Sri Lanka at the time, this bungalow felt very safe. The area was not affected at all and everything was fully functional, which was very reassuring. I would 100% recommended and will definitely visit again.

Bandara has been an excellent host showcasing amazing hospitality. We were greeted with a pot of Ceylon tea and cookies upon our arrival, and Bandara helpfully arranged tours and airport transfer for us. Bandara is always there whenever we required assistance, he even sent us off at 5:30 in the morning. The property itself is a lovely cottage house overlooking part of the Gregory Lake. Everything is neat and tidy, except hot water supply can be rather unsteady at times and no hairdryer was provided (insofar as we were aware).

The food was excellent and they even made us a packed lunch for getting the train the next day. The room was large and clean with beautiful views. We walked down to the town and also across the tea plantations. A lovely stay and I would highly recommend.

Stayed here after stage 7 of the Pekoe trail. About a mile off trail but worth it, such kind owners, a beautiful room with a lovely view of the lake. They offered to wash my clothes, made a delicious dinner and breakfast, and gave me juice upon my arrival. Couldn’t have been better!

Rustique Lodge was a wonderful place to stay. The apartment, located above the family home, was spacious and comfortable, with an amazing view of the surrounding mountains. Our hosts were truly welcoming and helpful, offering great restaurant recommendations and serving a delicious homemade breakfast in their home each morning. They went above and beyond—accepting delivery of our train tickets, arranging transportation, and even packing us a to-go breakfast for our early morning hike to Horton Plains.

The Aayu Cottage encontra-se em Nuwara Eliya, apenas a 1,7 km de Lago Gregory e 5,5 km de Hakgala Botanical Garden. We loved the decoration of the place (was colorful and fun) and the gorgeous views! Everything was spotlessly clean - even the little aquarium (that’s right, you’ll share your space with 3 beautiful goldfish). Strong wifi connection, and close to the main road (yet you’ll only hear bird songs).

Fertile land resort adam's peak localiza-se no centro de Maskeliya, e fornece acomodações com vista do lago, apenas a 5,9 km de Pico de Adão e 25 km de Hatton Railway Station. Priyanga was very kind and helpful, he cooked us the best meals that offered some variety from what ate on our trip, gave us good tips and helped us organise our next activity. He even preprared some homemade medicine for a sore throat! We are really grateful to have had him as our host, we will always remember his hospitality. Greetings to you, Priyanga! The house‘s location is a 10/10, less than a 15 min drive from the Adam‘s Peak start and is surrounded by a great landscape, especially in comparison to Dalhousie (where the hike starts), so it‘s really worth the short ride.

Apresentando vista da montanha, The Mount Lodge apresenta acomodações com um terraço, a cerca de 12 km de Hakgala Botanical Garden. We loved staying at The Mount Lodge. It is run by the most lovely local family who helped us in every way. It is close to a beautiful waterfall and tea plantations. Great place to disconnect.
