House above the village with amazing view and for us even more beautiful ….that you are in the middle of all this vegetable fields that you can just sit on the balcony and enjoy. Family is super friendly, they can prepare you breakfast and also a dinner ( the soup with garlic toast was fantastic). We had quite bad weather and we liked it…so it must be super magical in nice weather?? Thank you very much!

Stayed here after stage 7 of the Pekoe trail. About a mile off trail but worth it, such kind owners, a beautiful room with a lovely view of the lake. They offered to wash my clothes, made a delicious dinner and breakfast, and gave me juice upon my arrival. Couldn’t have been better!

Rustique Lodge was a wonderful place to stay. The apartment, located above the family home, was spacious and comfortable, with an amazing view of the surrounding mountains. Our hosts were truly welcoming and helpful, offering great restaurant recommendations and serving a delicious homemade breakfast in their home each morning. They went above and beyond—accepting delivery of our train tickets, arranging transportation, and even packing us a to-go breakfast for our early morning hike to Horton Plains.

Nuwara Eliya şehrinde bulunan The Aayu Cottage tesisi, Gregory Gölü noktasına yalnızca 1,7 km ve Hakgala Botanical Garden noktasına sadece 5,5 km mesafededir. The location and the interior were awesome.. blankets were super warm.. the garden surrounding the cabana was beautiful.. cabana was very cozy and nice .. on top of it , it was super clean.. A stay which will last in your memories long after you have left..

The moment we stepped into the room, we knew we were in for something special. Everything about it felt thoughtfully designed—spacious, clean, and infused with a quiet elegance. The bed was plush, the lighting soft, and the air carried a subtle freshness that made us feel instantly at ease. But the real magic wasn’t inside—it was waiting just beyond the window. As dawn approached, we pulled back the curtains and were greeted by a sight that words can barely capture. The early morning sun slowly rose over the horizon, casting golden hues across the landscape. The sky transformed into a canvas of soft pinks and fiery oranges, and the light danced gently on the surface of the nearby dam. It was a moment so breathtaking, so pure, that even a million dollars couldn’t buy the feeling it gave us. The view of the dam itself was equally enchanting. Calm waters stretched out peacefully, reflecting the changing sky like a mirror. Birds skimmed the surface, and the surrounding hills stood quietly in the background, as if watching the sunrise with us. It wasn’t just a view—it was an experience, a memory etched into our hearts. In that quiet, golden hour, the room became more than just a place to stay. It became a sanctuary, a front-row seat to nature’s most exquisite performance.

Hakgala Botanical Garden noktasına yaklaşık 12 km mesafede yer alan ve dağ manzarası sunan The Mount Lodge tesisi teras ile konaklama imkanı sağlar. We loved staying at The Mount Lodge. It is run by the most lovely local family who helped us in every way. It is close to a beautiful waterfall and tea plantations. Great place to disconnect.
