We had a magical stay in this beautiful hidden jungle paradise. You get to stay in top quality, beautifully designed accommodation with almost 360 degree views of the lovely gardens full of bird life. The amazing hosts Kanchana and Suranga were very welcoming and the food was delicious! They were very helpful and informative about the local activities and local surroundings. The last section of the road is a little rough but the destination is well worth the travel. We highly recommend this natural, peaceful paradise.

We were so lucky to find Tekkawatta for the last four nights of our hectic three week trip to Sri Lanka. We highly recommend this jungle oasis on the edge of Colombo. It’s a bird watcher’s paradise and a heavenly end to a fabulous holiday.
