We stayed for 2 nights and we loved it there. Very nice and clean place, big room and quiet area. Punya and Ravi were great hosts, and the breakfast they made for us was delicious. Punya was very helpful and accommodating, even helping me with getting a birthday cake ready for our arrival, would definitely recommend staying here!

I strongly recommend this property for your stay in Kandy. Stayed there 2 nights and it was perfect. The property is located on the east side of the Kandy Lake and the downtown part of the city is on the opposite side of the lake, so you can experience a very quiet stay at Louis. Just 20-minute walk to the city centre. Very good price/quality ratio. The room is spacious, you've got big windows. The place is clean. Host is very nice and accommodating. I would definitely go back.

The property was really clean and the staffs were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast at this hotel was the best during our trip. We also enjoyed the pool with the beautiful scenery view of the mountains and hills.

Wi-Fi is not available, which was perfectly fine for me, as it added to the peaceful, unplugged experience. The staff were incredibly courteous, prompt, and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. A special mention to Mr. Inthizar, the owner and host, whose warmth, helpfulness, and genuine hospitality truly set this place apart. He went above and beyond, not only ensuring our stay was comfortable, but also helping with taxis, sharing local tips, and even guiding us during our trip after we had checked out. If I could, I’d give this place 11 out of 10 stars. Highly recommended for anyone seeking calm, scenic, and heartwarming hospitality away from city’s chaos.
