It was the most wonderful place, a very special place, very calm, it felt very personal and exclusive The rooms were much more than just a room, having your own front door straight into the garden and pool area, they were incredibly clean and the bathroom is such a treat, it really connects you to the nature all around, absolutely fantastic and super clean also, great shower, very comfy large bed. The staff are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble and the food is fabulous, as in the rest of Sri Lanka and indeed anywhere, the local Sri lankan dishes were definitely the best and I would suggest people choose these, taste and presentation was superb. We would definitely love to come back

Our stay at Rock Shade Chalet was a truly amazing one. The ambience was super special. The facilities are of high standards. The environment was very calm. A lot of birds, including peacocks, were in the garden. Lasantha is a very nice person. He was always attentive to our requirements. They made special meals at our request.

Objekt Sigiriya Hillside View Villa nalazi se na 2,6 km od znamenitosti Monolitna stijena Sigirija te nudi vrt, terasu i klimatizirane jedinice koje sadrže balkon i besplatan WiFi. Nice position out of chaos, among nature. To move you need to be picked up (we had our own tuktuk and it was perfect); Sadeepa is a very helpful and gentle person. Room was very clean. Everything looked new (building, AC, bathroom...) as per dec.2024. Breakfast was good.

I am telling you guys! This is like a five-star hotel quality stay! I am travelling around Sri Lanka and this lodge, is the best decision I made! I stay at the double room that is on the second floor. The host welcome me when I arrive and take my life-threatening heavy luggage upstairs. And after I enter the room, I am like,”wooooooooow”. It’s a five star hotel, honestly. The big toilet and bathroom, clean and tidy with everything you needed. The TERRACE! Its fire!!! I could’ve shoot a music video here. All the plants are so well planted and design. That chill afternoon of me sitting in the terrace is going to be imprinted in my memory for as long as possible. I can tell by other guests face as well, when they are sitting on the swing beds in front of their rooms, they are having the best moments. I am fully refresh after a long journey around the island and sigiriya has made it to the list of my most favourite place. The breakfast is amazing !!! The host, he is an angel. He just looks like he had been trained in like top class hotel with all his service and manners. I loved it so much with the breakfast call, the arrangement and introduction for all the amazing activity around sigiriya. I went around the town with the tuktuk the host booked and the driver is friendly af! Showing me all those monkeys explaining the culture in sigiriya before I get to the rock. NO MOSQUITOS AT ALL.

Very nice place, outside the center (aprox 30 minutes walking) but 1 minute away from the main road where u can take the bus to the center. The family is super sweet and try to help as much as possible. Great breakfast 😊🙏

Objekt Sigiri Jungle Villa nalazi se u gradu 'Sigirija', na 2,2 km od znamenitosti Monolitna stijena Sigirija i 5,4 km od znamenitosti Stijena Pidurangala, te nudi smještaj koji sadrži besplatan WiFi,... Everything. Friendly and helpful host. He organized Polonnaruwa trip for us and helped with other plans including bus back to Negombo. Villa was just 10- 15 minutes from a bunch of restaurants, and we could walk to Lion Rock (Sigiriya). I also walked to Pidurangala from the hotel (about 3km). Excellent breakfast that kept me going until dinner. Rooms were large with excellent shower and nice patio with chairs to rest outside.

I was with my mom and she doesn't like things very easily but she loved the place. They helped us with food and the food was tasty as well Overall an exceptional stay loved it

Hospitality by the owner Anil. He is always thr for you. Asked us to use the pool even the whole night, arranged a pool side dinner. Nice pool. Rooms were decent and neat. A nice value for money property.

Objekt Sigiri Lake Paradise smješten je na 5,7 km od znamenitosti Monolitna stijena Sigirija te sadrži smještaj u kojem su vam na raspolaganju vrt, terasa i zajednička kuhinja. We absolutely loved our stay here, and our only criticism is that we wish we could have stayed longer! It’s a lovely property in a beautiful setting that really creates a sense of calm and relaxation as soon as you arrive. The breakfast was also exceptional (a different league to a lot of the other breakfasts we had during our time in Sri Lanka). If you’re thinking about booking, do it!
