Situated in Deniyaya, Sinharaja Kurulu Ella Eco Resort features free WiFi, and guests can enjoy a garden, a terrace and a restaurant. We truly felt at home during our stay. The cleanliness, food, and overall service quality were excellent. The host was very friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which made the experience even more special. Being located right next to a waterfall is a unique advantage and adds great value to the stay. For those looking for a peaceful holiday immersed in nature, we can highly recommend this place. As architect, I would also like to highlight how much we appreciated the design of the house. Janith has thoughtfully considered every detail and clearly invested great effort into the project. Creating such a well-designed structure within a forest environment is not easy, and we truly admire his dedication and hard work.

With mountain views, Rainforest Mount Lodge is situated in Deniyaya and has a restaurant, a shared lounge, snack bar, garden and year-round outdoor pool. Wonderful stay, everyone is very kind and helpful; they helped us organize transport to our next destination in Galle. Food is absolutely delicious! We ate really well and it was great to taste good, healthy, and fresh Sri Lankan food. Thanks Mama for your wonderful cooking talent. Fresh juices were also super tasty. The lodge itself is very serene and relaxing, very good design; the swimming pool has a gorgeous view of the forest. Most importantly to us, we wanted to visit the forest. We did a night walk and a 6h walk the next day. We were in awe by the amazing fauna in the forest, we saw many endemic species, and it was simply magical. Chama has well skilled senses to see and feel where animals are, that was absolutely impressive to witness. Thank you for these amazing 4 days at the lodge, you made this experience unforgettable to us.

Located in Weligama in the Matara District region, with Midigama Beach nearby, The Whitegates Lodge provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking, as well as access to a hot tub. The location of this accommodation is fantastic, situated just a quick 50-meter walk from the beach and offering incredibly easy access to Galle Road. The room and linen were exceptionally clean, which made for a very comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the quality of the bathroom fittings and the convenience of having a private entrance and a personal fridge (not a mini-bar) in the room. This added a lot of value and privacy to our visit. ​As a small suggestion for improvement, it would be beneficial to add a curtain to the bathroom window for enhanced privacy.

Located within 1.4 km of Midigama Beach and 24 km of Galle International Cricket Stadium, Tree House-Midigama provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Weligama. An enjoyable experience. The family of the tree house took care of us from the first moment there. The most remarkable thing was the Srilanken breakfast experience. Incredible! Lovely view from the open toilet on the tree.

Sira's Chalets is beach front property offering air-conditioned chalets with a sea view terrace and free WiFi. It features a restaurant and garden with sun beds and hammocks where guests can relax. Friendly people with nice hospitality, The place is very close to beach and we could access the beach with couple of seconds, view is best, safe and neat place, much appreciated.

Featuring garden views, Rainforest Royal Heritage in Deniyaya features accommodation and a garden. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The place is AMAZING! A super nice cottage with everything you need. Right in front of the forest you can enjoy breakfast with one of the best views ever. The host is incredibly welcoming and caring, and he took great care of all our needs. It’s my second time in Sri Lanka, and this is the best place I’ve stayed so far. Still not crowded, right in the middle of nature. Best experience ever — thank you!

Nice quiet location, a unique place to stay. Lots of wildlife to see. Extremely clean and tidy. Large kitchen and also a fridge which came in handy during our stay.

Set in Dickwella in the Matara District region, Pixie Haven Lodge Hiriketiya features a balcony and garden views. Very spacious, good kitchen facilities and excellent location - walking distance to both Dikwella and Hiriketiya beaches. The hosts were really helpful in organising the Wifi required to work remotely

This lodge offers free private parking and room service.... A wonderful stay at The Hidden Treehouse! The place feels like a real jungle retreat—peaceful, surrounded by nature, and beautifully designed. The family running it is incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. If you’re looking for a unique and relaxing escape, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend!
