Extremely helpful with activity and restaurant suggestions, arranging transportation, etc. They made sure you felt welcome in their peaceful and inviting oasis. The property is located approximately midway between Bacalar and Mahahual. With a combination of private and local transportation, it is very easy to get around. I highly recommend this property, and hope to return soon. Thank you Jey and Sebastian for a lovely stay!

The property was well situated for fly fishing. It had lovely views. Was large, and immaculately clean. It had great AC which is unusual in Xcalak! Breakfast was great, different every day, and served early enough to leave for fishing at 7.30 The beach was small but kept very clean and had nice chairs and sun shelter. The terrace caught the breeze in an evening and was lovely to sit there watching the pelicans.

I Tulum, 8,2 kilometer fra Tulum arkeologiske utgravingssted og 6,7 kilometer fra Tulum Bus station, ligger Cachito de Cielo Luxury Jungle Lodge. This was a beautiful room in a very lovely lush jungle area. The room was very large and comfortable. The bed and pillows were so soft and the rain shower head with hot water was the best shower I have had in Mexico. There was a fully stocked kitchen to cook. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

It isn't so close to the center but it was really easy to call a taxi, and their prices were fine. Really relaxing, it was nice waking up to the sounds of nature. The kayaks and access to the lagoon were great. I'm definitively going to stay there again. The little communal kitchen and water dispenser was a big bonus.

The property is incredibly special, both because the staff are wonderful, welcoming, and helpful, but also because the cenote is just breathtaking. The included breakfast was absolutely delicious and made fresh each day for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable in the mild winter weather because the fans that we slept with were well placed.

Very kind and helpful staff, beautiful interior and secluded place. On the patio there are many different chairs and sunbeds. The common kitchen has everything you need. Convenient location, compared to other hotels and in the depths of the jungle. We would definitely come back to this place!

This was an unforgettable experience for our family of four. The premises were so nice and beatiful with lots of sunbeds, hammocks etc to just chill. We stayed in the cabañas which were cozy and well-maintained. Just pull the curtains in the morning and watch the magnificent sunrise. The staff was very friendly, service-minded and helped us exploring diffetent options of what to do, for example set us up with a guide for an early morning bird walk. Many species can be seen on and near the premises. An osprey regularly rests in one of the palm trees on the beach.We really recommend it .
