Beautiful lodge in a stunning natural setting. The views from the pool and terrace are amazing, especially at sunset, with the sun going down over the hills and animals coming to the waterhole, a perfect sundowner atmosphere. The room was spacious, very comfortable, and well equipped, with a large bathroom and comfortable beds. The pool area was great for relaxing, and although there were some insects in the pool, this is common in Namibia and not an issue for us. We also enjoyed having hiking trails directly accessible from the lodge. The New Year’s Eve dinner was good, and we really appreciated the kindness and flexibility of the staff, who opened the pool bar for us and stayed to celebrate with the guests. Special thanks to Simon and Nancy for the great cocktails and warm, festive service. Overall, a very relaxing stay with professional, friendly staff and a great atmosphere. The apartment is clean, comfortable and is very well equipped. Location is also very convenient, within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops.

Comfortable Accommodations: TimBila Camp Namibia in Omaruru offers family rooms with private bathrooms, kitchenettes, and river views. Staff were so friendly . Dinner was lovely. Game drive was great and probably more exciting than Etosha - great end to Namibia

We chose this lodge because of its convenient location on the route from the Atlantic coast to Etosha. Along the way, we also had time to visit Spitzkoppe. Even before our arrival, I could tell we were in for a special experience: the owner was in touch with us regularly, asking in advance about the group’s meal preferences and helping coordinate our arrival. The property is a truly beautiful oasis, almost like a botanical garden. It features not only a pool and charming bungalows, but also a unique lounge with a balcony overlooking a waterhole, where you can watch wildlife up close. The lodge also has its own beautifully decorated restaurant with delicious food.
