The property is beautiful and the food was excellent. We did have to leave a day early to cross the river before it rained again. The manager was very friendly and helpful.

Luxurious bedrooms and excellent breakfast. Buffet across the road at “the old steamer” was delicious & great value.

Desert Breeze Lodge, situated on the banks of the Swakop River is 2.5 km from the town of Swakopmund. Some units feature a private sun deck with views of the surrounding sand dunes. Design was super artsy, the view was like staying inside a painting. The bed was comfortable, breakfast was good.

Comfortable Accommodations: TimBila Camp Namibia in Omaruru offers family rooms with private bathrooms, kitchenettes, and river views. This was a 5-star stay. The staff here is absolutely amazing. We ordered breakfasts and dinners, nothing special to say about breakfasts, but the dinners were really delicious.

We chose this lodge because of its convenient location on the route from the Atlantic coast to Etosha. Along the way, we also had time to visit Spitzkoppe. Even before our arrival, I could tell we were in for a special experience: the owner was in touch with us regularly, asking in advance about the group’s meal preferences and helping coordinate our arrival. The property is a truly beautiful oasis, almost like a botanical garden. It features not only a pool and charming bungalows, but also a unique lounge with a balcony overlooking a waterhole, where you can watch wildlife up close. The lodge also has its own beautifully decorated restaurant with delicious food.

Etusis Lodge is located in a nature reserve, 30 km from Karabib. It features a swimming pool surrounded by a garden and a restaurant. It also offers free private parking. The family environment really makes you feel at home. The family is so nice that eats with you and share many stories. I never felt so relaxed and in peace. Must stop.
