Ryan, family and all the staff were so lovely and helpful. Amazing food, great location, loved the little hut. I was staying with my brother so they also made an effort of giving us separate beds. So many things to do nearby! The waterfall hike was beautiful.

From now on, it will be where I stay when visiting Ometepe!

You’re in the jungle with so much wildlife around you! The cabins were so cool high up and they had everything you need. Elias, one of the staff was amazing and always chatted to us about our days, what we got up to and any recommendations he had. We hired an atv which they handled for us, everything was just taken care of, could t recommend staying here more! It’s on the side of the island too that everything isn’t too far if you got transport (you need to hire something, a bike, scooter or atv). Also Loki and Lola the German Shepard’s are amazing and super friendly , also the property has pigs and who doesn’t love pigs!

They have cool events, great prices, clean water everywhere you go. The staff helps you with everything including booking tours and rides. The rooms are spotless and the bathroom is well maintained. The food here is organic and delicious. I cannot wait to come back. Also the hammock on the balcony is the best. Breakfast is included and it’s very very good.

We had an amazing stay here and it was really hard to leave. Hector is an extremely kind host, and the food right across the street is incredible. We stayed in July and Playa Santa Cruz was really quiet and a great place to be.

We woke up very early for the volcano hike, and they prepared breakfast for us so we could eat before, that was really nice. The staff was very kind and attentive. The shower had hot water. The surroundings are nice, you eat in the morning surrounded by birds and flowers. The hike to Maderas starts at the entrance of the hotel, and the staff can help you to arrange a guide.
