The staff were super helpful with organising scooter transport and other advice. We cannot thank them enough for helping us recover our wallet we left in a cab. Highly recommend.

We woke up very early for the volcano hike, and they prepared breakfast for us so we could eat before, that was really nice. The staff was very kind and attentive. The shower had hot water. The surroundings are nice, you eat in the morning surrounded by birds and flowers. The hike to Maderas starts at the entrance of the hotel, and the staff can help you to arrange a guide.
