It felt peaceful and private, yet also safe! We loved the butterflies in front of our cabin and we liked all the greenery. The kitchen was perfect and I loved having two lounge areas (eating and sitting). Staff was very friendly!

The view of Concepcion is so nice to wake up to in the morning and the energy here is so relaxed and comfortable. The dry toilets were cleaned everyday, the shower is nice. The grounds are well-kept. Location is great. Friendly and helpful staff - come prepared to speak Spanish!

Beautiful scenery, animals and wildlife. It's also a very beautiful drive and nicer part of the island to get to. They have a lovely restaurant on site and can organise guides for you if you need them. one of my favourite places to stay in years.

We stayed in July and Playa Santa Cruz was really quiet and a great place to be.

The staff was very kind and attentive. The shower had hot water. The surroundings are nice, you eat in the morning surrounded by birds and flowers. The hike to Maderas starts at the entrance of the hotel, and the staff can help you to arrange a guide.
