Situated in Leknes, Lofoten Basecamp has well-equipped accommodation boasting free WiFi. Å and Svolvær are 1-hour drive away. Complimentary private parking is available on site. The apartment is very new. It is so comfortable to live there, from location, bed, view, kitchen, shower, everything is so perfect. I love living there! Definitely top recommendation.

The cabin is perfect. It may say cabin in the description but the apartment is huge and luxurious. Comes with everything you need and all the extras you’d wish in a holiday, inc a complete kitchen, washer. They also have a space to hung dry your clothes so it is just perfect. But the views tops it all up. The cabin is right in front of the dock with full views of the water and the mountains. It is very serene and all you can hear are just the birds and nature. As per the location it was also so convenient, right in the middle of Lofoten Islands so you can make this as tour base and drive to either ends in just 1hr. If there’s anything I could change, I wished we stayed longer.. but maybe next time and hopefully soon.

Everything is thoughtfully arranged to make the stay as pleasant as possible, and Unstad is absolutely breathtaking. The hosts are incredibly kind, attentive, and always available. Our only regret is not having stayed longer, but one thing is certain: I will be coming back!
