One of the highlights of our trip was witnessing the Northern Lights for two consecutive nights—a breathtaking display we’ll never forget. Adding to the magic, we spotted two wild moose during our stay, a surreal moment that truly connected us to the untamed beauty of the area. A special thanks to Thomas, the owner, whose kindness and attention to detail made our experience even more memorable. He helped us find exciting activities and ensured we felt welcome every step of the way. The setting of the campsite is beyond words—raw, wild, and incredibly beautiful. For anyone looking to immerse themselves in nature and experience the wonders of the Arctic, this is the place to be. Koppangen Brygger is a 20-minutes' drive from the Lyngseidet town centre. Located in a quiet seaside fishing village, you can enjoy impressive views of the fjords and the Northern Lights if lucky. Wonderful location right by the fjord! Mr. Alf was really helpful and had some good advice on where to go skitouring despite the weather (we were a bit unlucky as it just didn't stop snowing). The room was very clean and we loved relaxing in the common/living room with a beautiful view - highly recommend this place!
