Going to the forest with Mario was amazing. I saw In nature everything I wanted to see: snakes, caymans, numerous birds and parrots, slots!! They are so cute! The jungle exploration was fantastic. The same warm was welcoming by community. This is the lodge I defined advice! I was in couple places in amazon and here you really feel like you become part of amazon. But didn’t come to some commercial hotel. I like them but definitely not good choose when you want to explore the jungle! Camungo lodge in Livertad is perfect choice. And the comfort of houses was great! They are newly builded! everything is nice and super clean!

With the booking you get your own guide and you choose what activities you do in the day // evening. You have a 5* breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as tea, coffee and water whenever you want. We had the most amazing guide Remi who was so knowledgeable. I had a bites all over and he got some natural remedies for me and the bites went down very quickly. This property also gives it’s proceeds to libertad village to send kids to school and people to the hospital if they need it which it really cool! The vibe is social if that’s what you want or not if you want to keep to yourself. We had the most amazing experience here and will recommend it to anyone who is going to Peru.

Die Jacamar Lodge Expeditions liegt am Ufer des Amazonas mitten im Dschungel und 120 km von der Innenstadt von Iquitos entfernt. Danny was the best tour guide. He took good care of us and gave us the best jungle experience according to our needs. We saw so many different animals (sloth, baby alligator, piranhas, dolphins, birds, wolf spider, firefly and many others) during a short stay, thank you Danny! Didn’t got mosquito bites at the lodge at all, (but be prepared at night in the jungle🤫). Last but not the least, the food at the lodge was fresh and simply delicious (I tried some fancy restaurants at Cusco but I liked the food at the lodge more!)

The Amazon Muyuna Lodge is an ecolodge in the Tamshiyacu Tahuayo Communal Reserve , situated on the Amazon River shore, 3 hours from the centre of Iquitos. Lovely setting that felt safe but also connected to nature. You’ll automatically get signed up for excursions with a guide shared between you and anyone else who speaks your language that arrived that day. About 1 out of 3 excursions will be hiking and 2 out of 3 will be by boat. 4d3n was perfect, but the most exciting excursions were captured in the 3d2n plan, and if you stay longer you spend a night camping. Food is buffet style, and they accommodate dietary restrictions well. Maybe we lucked out but January was a great time to visit! Highly recommend this lodge!

Die Milía Amazon Lodge in Iquitos bietet Ihnen Flussblick, ein Restaurant, eine 24-Stunden-Rezeption, eine Bar, einen Garten und eine Terrasse. Sehr engagiertes liebenswürdiges Personal. Es wurden viele Touren angeboten und auf unsere Wünsche wurde Rücksicht genommen. Die Lodge liegt direkt am Amazonas mit einem Panoramablick und bietet verhältnismäßigen Luxus mitten im Dschungel. Besonders toll sind die sich frei auf der Lodge befindlichen Wildtiere wie Papageien, zwei kleine Affenbabys (die aufgezogen und dann ausgewildert werden) und ein Baby-Capybara. Rundum ein toller Service, zB auch die Möglichkeit, vor Ort bequeme Gummistiefel tagesweise zu mieten. Auch für ein kühles Bier ist immer gesorgt, sogar während des Ausflugs zur Beobachtung der rosafarbenen Flußdelphine.
