Food was good and Raúl gently took care of all our needs.

We experienced an incredible view of the sunset over the lake, followed by the sunrise the next morning. A beautiful place and lovely people living there.

You can have a gas heater all night but we switched it off and it was really cold during the night and morning. Just to know before where you go. But the place and the breakfast was amazing.

The lodge felt like a magical and tranquil place, perfect for disconnecting, relaxing and enjoying nature. We loved it—our kids loved it! We 100% recommend visiting this special place.

Lina and her family were incredibly welcoming and couldn’t have been more helpful. She arranged transfer to and from port anytime I needed, booked taxis and even recommended/arranged tour guides. Dinner and breakfast were also delicious, a nice chance to chat with the hosts and other guests. Nights are pretty cold but I was given plenty warm blankets and hot water bottles. The sunset over the lake is beautiful - definitely an experience I’d recommend!

He is amazing and his wife cooked Great food for us ! Felix is friendly ,industrious and hospitable ! I had a mild touch of altitude on day 1 and he helped as much as he could! Very sweet ! The place is unique and unmissable!!
