Me and my wife, we travel a lot and we we have experienced some really good home stays, but, no where so far we have felt as much at home and so warmly welcomed like in Baleh Bobleh (the home in the village). The hosts are extremely child friendly and supported us in about anything. We have stayed in a traditional Ifugao Pole house, which however was equpped with amenities of modern times. Beds, room and bathroom really clean and the beautiful garden around our hut was like a little paradise. Claire is an excellent cook and we never felt that anything was lacking.

It feels very local and authentic, which made the experience so special. The owner, Giacomo, and the entire team – especially Ron – are outstanding: incredibly attentive, warm, friendly, and genuinely excellent at what they do. The food was delicious and far exceeded expectations. The location is among locals, with spectacular beaches nearby and hardly any tourists, which gives the place a rare and peaceful charm. I would highly recommend this hotel and would come back in a heartbeat.
