I rarely leave 10/10 ratings, and I did feel the price is a bit high for what you get, but my wife and I really loved it. The natural pool and mini-beach is truly unique and wonderful—the photos here don't do it justice. Tons of frogs to view and listen to (must be very fun for kids). The room itself was very comfortable with a large deck. Very tasteful decoration. The staff was fantastic, as was the large, healthy breakfast. Perfect location to explore the region, especially the many world class (yet nearly empty) beaches nearby.

We particularly appreciated the lovely private pool on hot days, and the kindness of our hosts, Debrah and Paul.

I loved the privacy and the private pool, it's a great place for barbecue too Even the internet 4G connection is pretty decent taking in account the location The house is pretty small but well laid out with all that you need and good enough for a couple and two kids.

The bed was super comfortable and overall we felt in the perfect mood and setting to relax, exactly as it was planned. The swimming pool is also a must.

Both owners and staff are really friendly and helpful. The "monte" is well cared, the house is super nice, with all required facilties. The AC works really well, which is a most in Alentejo. The kitchen is small but enough too cook something simple. Specialy if you use the BBC outside. The pool is amazing! We had a lot of fun with family and kids! Thank you very much. With no doubts a place to return and recommend! Location is also nice! .

Everything was exceptional. The excellent taste in the decor that perfectly mixes old, traditional and modern. The fresh flowers all over the house. The table set up for all of us when we arrived. The small gifts left by the owner. The spacious and comfortable house. The quiet of the countryside. The owner was extremely nice and welcoming. My son adored the 4 cats that are in the property. We’re already making plans to come back next year. Plus, the house is prepared with pretty much everything a person needs.
