It has a very nice patio with lots of shade where you can have a nice breakfast or dinner. And Sue is the best host. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We highly recommend this place and hope to come back in the future. Also not to forget, she has a very friendly dog called Mr. McGee and two cats. :-)

Casa do Loureiro cuenta con vistas al jardín, está ubicado en Arganil y tiene wifi gratis. Adelina was wonderful! We arrived at the tiny but beautiful village on a cold and rainy day. After snuggling in and heating our little house, Adelina came by and offered to make us supper. She made us a great supper and we enjoyed every minute of her and her husband's company. We used Google translate to our good advantage. Enjoyed the supper she made in the local community building and watched some football with the locals. We were supposed to spend the next night in nearby Piodao but scrapped that for an extra night in Porto due to the cold weather. We did visit Piodao and found it to be overly commercial where as Arganil really seemed like the real deal.
