This property is absolutely amazing! The views from the terrace and balcony are incredible places to watch the sunset from. The house is comfortable and beautiful with everything you would need to cook at home if you choose to. Waterfalls, restaurants, and town are a few minutes walk away. The host is incredibly kind and welcoming.

Situated in Funchal, 800 metres from Almirante Reis Beach, Good Memories Lodge features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and express check-in and check-out. Excellent location, right in the city centre. Walking distance to the bus stop for airport connectivity and to the numerous, restaurants , cafes, old town, Christmas market... Wonderful accomodation. Very clean. All amenities are thoughtfully present in the room . Comfortable beds. No disturbance at all in spite of the central location. Very responsive hostess. Pre-check instructions were great. Felt very welcome although I couldn't meet her during my three day stay. Everything was as promised. Very good value for money. This will be my first choice if I ever come back to Funchal in future.

Everything was as described. We will definitely come back if we ever visit Madeira again. Our favorite part: the delicious breakfast in the morning and the heated pool with ocean view.

Situated in São Vicente and only 16 km from Santana's Traditional Houses, Casa dos Lamaceiros features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. Fantastic location with a great view over the valley. Superfriendly host who made us feel very welcome. Well-equipped house, very clean and comfortable. Furthermore there is a levada next to the house that you can follow for a lovely hike. We didn't see a single person there which made it the best hike of Madeira for us!

Set in Ponta do Sol and only 700 metres from Lugar de Baixo Beach, Tabua Lodge offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Location was excellent for our needs, away from any crowds and in a peaceful area but within a reasonable and pleasant walk along the promenade to local town with good restaurants and bars. The space and facilities within the property were excellent, kitchen had everything we could possibly need, bed extremely comfortable and a really good and luxurious shower and separate bath. The pool and outdoor spaces were perfect with sun on the property for the majority of the day until early evening. The entire place was really clean and attractive and well kept gardens an added bonus. Our host, Richard, was extremely helpful and approachable and responded to any queries promptly. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again should we return to Madeira.

Mountain Chalet by Lavibes is a recently renovated holiday home in São Vicente, where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. Such a beautiful location!! Pictures don’t do it justice. Easy self check in, clean and very nicely decorated.

Very stylish interior and exterior. Quiet, great privacy. Wonderful garden with flowers and tropical fruits, and ocean view with sunset. Great, responsive host.
