One of the highlights was definitely the amazing view — it was absolutely stunning and made our stay even more special. Highly recommended!

Hosts were very welcoming and made us feel taken care of. Excellent service, amazing views, cozy atmosphere. I am definitely looking to get back in the future! I would recommend this place to anyone who can rent a car.

Situated in São Vicente and only 16 km from Santana's Traditional Houses, Casa dos Lamaceiros features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. Amazing place with the most gorgeous view ever. Kind hosts, had some lovely food for us when we arrived in the kitchen, impeccably clean. We wish we stayed here our entire time in Madeira!

Set in Ponta do Sol and only 700 metres from Lugar de Baixo Beach, Tabua Lodge offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Location was excellent for our needs, away from any crowds and in a peaceful area but within a reasonable and pleasant walk along the promenade to local town with good restaurants and bars. The space and facilities within the property were excellent, kitchen had everything we could possibly need, bed extremely comfortable and a really good and luxurious shower and separate bath. The pool and outdoor spaces were perfect with sun on the property for the majority of the day until early evening. The entire place was really clean and attractive and well kept gardens an added bonus. Our host, Richard, was extremely helpful and approachable and responded to any queries promptly. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again should we return to Madeira.

Mountain Chalet by Lavibes is a recently renovated holiday home in São Vicente, where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. Such a beautiful location!! Pictures don’t do it justice. Easy self check in, clean and very nicely decorated.

Very stylish interior and exterior. Quiet, great privacy. Wonderful garden with flowers and tropical fruits, and ocean view with sunset. Great, responsive host.
