The location is incredible, with views of the ocean and sunset. The stone home is very cute and quiet, we had an amazing time there. The view from the house and terrace was amazing! The sun sets right in front of the house and you can watch the sunset from your bedroom window tucked in your bed. The hoastess was very helpful and nice. Good quality restaurants were 2 min walking distance from the house, and a very nice cafe also close by.

Good Memories Lodge bevindt zich in Funchal, op 9 minuten lopen van Praia do Almirante Reis en 500 meter van Marina do Funchal. Very clean, well equipped apartment. Very safe and secure. Fantastic location, walking distance to most things in Funchal. Excellent communication from host.

Madeira Sunset Cottage - Nature Retreat is gelegen op 17 km van Natuurzwembaden van Porto Moniz en biedt een buitenzwembad en een tuin. The location was very nice, quiet and romantic. Everynight you can watch the sunset from the Pool and in the morning they bring you a nice breakfast in a basket. They clean your little wooden cabin everyday so it is very clean and comfortable

Het beviel mij het meest dat de hosts ons hielpen en ons het gevoel gaven dat we het huis als een thuis konden gebruiken. De eigenaren waren heel gastvrij en gul.

Casa do Avô is gelegen in Santana, op 14 minuten lopen van Traditionele huizen van Santana en 39 km van Marina do Funchal, en biedt uitzicht op de tuin.

Tabua Lodge heeft uitzicht op de zee, en biedt accommodatie met een terras en een balkon, op 8 minuten lopen van Praia Lugar de Baixo. Location was excellent for our needs, away from any crowds and in a peaceful area but within a reasonable and pleasant walk along the promenade to local town with good restaurants and bars. The space and facilities within the property were excellent, kitchen had everything we could possibly need, bed extremely comfortable and a really good and luxurious shower and separate bath. The pool and outdoor spaces were perfect with sun on the property for the majority of the day until early evening. The entire place was really clean and attractive and well kept gardens an added bonus. Our host, Richard, was extremely helpful and approachable and responded to any queries promptly. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again should we return to Madeira.
