The log burner kept us warm and our brilliant host tended the fire whilst we were out exploring. Large picture windows in the living area and mezzanine allow you to enjoy uninterrupted views across the mountains from the comfort of your cabin. Whilst English is not her first language, Karina was brilliant at communicating and provided us with any information we needed, catering to our needs and informing us when best to travel (as we were hit by heavy snow). Look out for Rocky, the star of the show who offers a friendly welcome when returning to Casa. A must visit!

We enjoyed all the details inside and outside. Plus the area which is super beautiful. Lots of sockets to charge our devices (which 90% of hotels or accommodations seem to have a hard time covering), all tools and items needed both in kitchen and bathroom (full set of Rituals in bathroom, not just the minuscule ones offered in general… even toothpaste&toothbrushes), various type of glases, cups, plates various size, pots, cutlery, washing machine in the kitchen. Evrthng needed for using the grill on the terrace or lighting the fireplace, beanbag, hammock, elegant lamps, etc. We went in spring but had a bit of bad luck with a lot of snow and minus temperatures. However, we did not feel at all affected as it was very nice temp inside, warm water at all times so no trouble at all. The central heating worked like a charm. Also, the cabin is spacey and really cozy. Can’t wait to come back. All staff and the owner are super hospitable and make you feel at home.

Everything was green and beautiful, barbecue, view of the mountains. Cats came to visit us, it was cute.

We loved several things ... the location, very friendly staff, savory breakfast and spacious room. In fact we liked everything. 10/10

Located in an unspoilt mountain area, Alpine Escape Studios is located in Măgura, 7 km from Bran Castle and 36 km from Braşov. The village of Măgura is one of the last true fairy-tale places left — every corner, every traditional house, every view feels enchanted. The studio is perfectly located at the end of a quiet dead-end street, on top of a hill, offering breathtaking views of both the Piatra Craiului and Bucegi mountains. The studio itself is spotless and decently equipped with everything you might need for cooking. The bed is large and comfortable, and the bathroom is surprisingly good — strong water pressure, perfect temperature, everything works perfectly. The place is also very warm and cozy, which feels great after a day spent hiking. I brought my dog since pets are welcome, and we truly felt that — plenty of space to roam and no restrictions from the host. Speaking of the host, Vlad was genuinely welcoming, helpful, and always available when needed, yet discreet enough to give full privacy.
