Povestea din Munti exceeded our expectations in all aspects. Anka was so very friendly and attentive to us. The room and common areas were more than clean - they were spotless. It was a pleasure to chat with her and I could tell that she has a lot of pride in her place, and it shows. The rooms were decorated very well and gardens were meticulously maintained. Also, since it was over 33 degrees during the day, the air conditioner was worked great and was very much appreciated. Other than that, the location of Povestea din Munti was perfect for what we had planned for our trip. I highly recommend staying here.

Located in Cîrţişoara in the Sibiu County region and Făgăraș Fortress reachable within 43 km, Podul De Brazi provides accommodation with free WiFi, BBQ facilities, a shared lounge and free private... We stayed one night before we moved forward and we rested very well. The owner is very nice and the place is close to the mountain which makes it perfect for the ones who want to ride Transfăgărășan and enjoy the area. The facility is the well equipped and very clean.

Only one information for the guests from abroad, make the bigger shopping at Sibiu since at Cartisoara there's no supermarket.
