Situated just 6.8 km from Falun Mine, Lakeside log cabin Främby Udde Falun features accommodation in Falun with access to a garden, barbecue facilities, as well as private check-in and check-out. Charming small cabin with a wonderful view of the lake. The cabin is located in a small settlement of approx 20 cabins, but as this cabin is located at the outskirts, you forget that there are other houses in the neighborhood. We got the code to open the door by message prior to arrival, super convenient. The cabin itself is well-designed, very nicely decorated (dalahäst theme) and practical. The room for the children with three bunk beds is really tiny, no storage space at all, but it worked. The master bedroom and the bathroom are surprisingly spacious. The kitchen is functional and even has a small but very efficient dishwasher (dishwasher tabs are not provided). The area is wonderful for all sorts of winter sports. We intended to do iceskating on the lake but unfortunately, the ice wasn't cleared for skating. We opted for cross-country skiing instead and were enchanted by the variety and the lovely countryside. A downhill skiing area is about 5 min away by car.

Lovely winter landscape, walking on frozen lakes, hiking through the snow covered forest. I would highly recommend the sauna, using snow to cool myself down was a great experience. The hostess as usual was very helpful. The cosy fire.

Peaceful location surrounded by nature. Fully equipped kitchen, nice fireplace, a nice porch where you can dine or have breakfast and even a sauna which we didn't try, but some people might enjoy. Good communication with the host. Highly recommended.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this accommodation in the Stockholm Archipelago. The cabin is spacious, fully equipped, and very comfortable, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location is calm and surrounded by beautiful nature. We loved spending our days kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, and unwinding in the sauna. A special thanks to our host, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive — he went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. All our requests were taken care of and more. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful escape with great activities and outstanding hospitality. Thank you, Gert, for making our stay so memorable!

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony, Cozy cabin, neighbour to lake & national park is located in Tyresö. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. A wonderful place to relax. It's a great starting point for trips to the archipelago, but you only have to walk a few metres to find yourself surrounded by beautiful nature. Situated in Eskilstuna in the Sodermanland region, Cabin in the woods, close to Lake Mälaren has a patio. thank you for this wonderful time that I could spend here. I appreciate the charm of the area and the peace that I love in Sweden. I would like to come back someday with my family.
