It is a very peaceful and quiete place with friendly and helpful people in the hotel and a special location in the middle of Koh Lanta with trees and animals in near. It was a very nice experience to be there. The staff is very polite and helpful.

This was the only place in 4 weeks of traveling through Thailand where they had a soft mattress topper on the bed. I think that already says a lot about the high quality and attention to detail of Maisuree if you've become familiar with the incredibly hard beds in Thailand. I wanted to extend for two nights but they were fully booked. The resort was really a 10/10 too: the room is really large, super clean with daily cleaning and new water bottles, comfortable, dark curtains, soft-ish lighting for in the evening, good AC, a small kitchen with large fridge/freezer and pretty spacious bathroom with toiletries, private patio with chairs. The owners are so incredibly nice, they really help you with everything you need: laundry, scooter rental and petrol, even tours as they have their own tour agency. I think the fact that the owner gave me a free ride on his scooter to a cooking class when I missed their pick-up says a lot too. They speak English really well too which helps a lot for any guidance or support. During my stay, they actually put up bamboo privacy nets between the bungalow patios, so they're still improving whatever they can. I must be missing more positive things but if I ever go back to Lanta, this will be my first option for sure.

The private pool, the views, the floating breakfast, nice staff, everything is very close - the beach, Thara national park and camp, night market.. for this price you can’t get a better deal! We loved it!
