Nice bungalows with peaceful surroundings , we stayed around 2 weeks there. The price was very reasonable for what you get so Perfect for budget travelers ‚ probably one of the cheapest option on koh lanta but you still get everything you need (fridge, kettle, cutlery ect…). Mattress was big and comfortable with completely enclosed mosquito net. Hot and cold water shower was always working with very good pressure. Maik the owner was very friendly and communicative, changing towels and rubbish bags regularly or when asked for. Location was perfect for us - quiet / but still close to mainroad / beaches. Walking distance to cafe and few restaurants but You do need a scooter to get around more but that’s everywhere on koh lanta… scooters are available there as well. Keep in mind this is a typical Thai style bungalow hut! If you have problems with facing a little gecko inside the room every now and then you might be better off looking for some more luxurious hotel accommodation paying at least 3x the price or traveling to another country instead.

It was comfy, clean, hospitable, and really integrated with nature. It’s close enough to everything, but also a bit off the beaten path. It felt like a little quiet getaway and it suited me perfectly.

This was the only place in 4 weeks of traveling through Thailand where they had a soft mattress topper on the bed. I think that already says a lot about the high quality and attention to detail of Maisuree if you've become familiar with the incredibly hard beds in Thailand. I wanted to extend for two nights but they were fully booked. The resort was really a 10/10 too: the room is really large, super clean with daily cleaning and new water bottles, comfortable, dark curtains, soft-ish lighting for in the evening, good AC, a small kitchen with large fridge/freezer and pretty spacious bathroom with toiletries, private patio with chairs. The owners are so incredibly nice, they really help you with everything you need: laundry, scooter rental and petrol, even tours as they have their own tour agency. I think the fact that the owner gave me a free ride on his scooter to a cooking class when I missed their pick-up says a lot too. They speak English really well too which helps a lot for any guidance or support. During my stay, they actually put up bamboo privacy nets between the bungalow patios, so they're still improving whatever they can. I must be missing more positive things but if I ever go back to Lanta, this will be my first option for sure.

Quite place. Friendly staff, guys in reception very helpful. 10-15 min drive to/from Ao Nang. Around 35 min drive to/from Krabi airport. Very central place to visit all Krabi sightseeing

They drove me to the nearest 7 Eleven one day and wouldn’t accept any money. Also brought me a little complimentary breakfast dish to my balcony on a couple of occasions. I had the room at the back by the jungle and really enjoyed spending peaceful hours on my balcony watching the wildlife. It’s not luxurious but clean, comfortable and only à minutes walk to the beach. Unbeatable value for money. I also liked their quirky onsite Happy Restaurant, great southern curries

Lovely owner who makes delicious food. You can walk one minute to a beach across the street but it is pretty rocky. Quiet comfortable rooms in a quiet area of the island.
