Everything in this hotel fulfilled our expectations: room conditions, food quality, cleanliness, location, shuttle service to the beach, chairs in the beach, spa (massages services) and staff (especially those in the pool bar and massage).

The food was good I can’t complain really enjoyed it. Shuttle bus to the beach and back was really good.

Especially the furnished balcony , restaurant-outside seating and all the Restaurant and cleaning staff . Lovely pool with bar .... and two perfect working elevators . Did not like the (non)smoking policy on balcony's . Better create a smoking corner somewhere or offer some smoking rooms ( or 1 entire Floor ) for those who are really addicted . Free shuttle service to beach several times daily and taxi ( 5 - 9 Euro ) in front of Hotel to visit interesting Castle and lovely Harbor .

Great hotel and stuff. Unlimited drinks. 2 swimming pools. Homemade flat bread with cheese and meet made in fire oven between lunches and dinners and breakfast, also teatime cakes and cookies, so you are never hungry. Also have its own private beach with free sunbeds 10 minutes walk from hotel. Free shuttle bus to the beach. Very friendly and helpful stuff.

Great value for money, very friendly staff, food was a good variety and had many options each meal. Great shuttle service to and from the beach with good timings around meals.

Cleanliness, room size, food, shuttle to beach, pool area, location, staff, price quality ratio. Bar/catering staff has literally 0 days off, so they deserve huge credit, and respect! Same goes to housekeepers. Also special thanks for the entire staff for my birthday present!! That was a really nice gesture :)

Very nice and helpful Staff, wide variety of food, hotel located away from the crowds, but still it's not far from the beach and the city center, for those who don't mind walks. There's a shuttle bus service to Kleopatra beach several times a day. The rooms and the hotel in general are very clean. We've been there at the end of April/beginning of May, nearly 2 weeks.
