The hotel is right on the beach, with a beautiful outdoor dining area and plenty of sun loungers. Super fresh and a great breakfast buffet with everything you could want. Perfect for longer stays friendly and professional staff, no power outages, and a clean, deep pool that’s filtered and cleaned every evening. Cozy lighting in the evenings adds to the vibe. Plus, the location is fantastic! Rooms were cleaned 2-3 times a day, sand was swept away, and beds were always freshly made. Drinking water, coffee, and tea were restocked daily. There’s a safe, a kettle, lots of storage, air conditioning, and mosquito nets. The bathroom is spacious with strong water pressure and always hot water. Plus, a hairdryer, soap, and shampoo. Tons of sun loungers by the pool and outdoor showers to rinse off or cool down. The garden is absolutely magical. The only downside is that the WiFi is slow inside the rooms, but the speed is great in the pool area and restaurant. Loved every moment of our stay felt like paradise!

A beautiful home away from home. Joyce and staff were exceptional hosts and couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Matemwe Beach is tidal (kids loved the pool at these times) and much quieter than other more touristy beaches, and was just what we were after.

The rooms are perfect for any couple visiting, with private water closet, rain head showers that are roomy and spacious. Beds are comfortable with mosquito netting; the staff offers mosquito spraying and turndown service every night. There are TVs and small refrigerators in the rooms, with fresh water provided daily for guests. We have a partial ocean view which features a small dip pool/tub, private chairs for sunbathing as well as chairs on the small patio. By all means, upgrade to the partial ocean view - it’s worth it. There is also a large infinity pool for guests to use if you do not want to upgrade to private settings. Our visit included the full all-inclusive package, which was an added cost, but was well worth it. All non-alcoholic, waters, coffees, and as well the alcoholic drinks and meals are included with the package, try the sangria!! I must also add, compliments to the chef, the meals were always delicious. Breakfast and lunch are a permanent menu, while the dinner menu is a rotating menu and changes nightly keeping the palette entertained. Some nights featured live music during dinner as well. Finally, the staff was amazing, from conversation to providing the best service, organizing excursions and taxis, kudos to this whole boutique resort. We will be back one day!

L'Evergreen Bungalows propose un hébergement en bord de mer à Bwejuu. L'établissement possède une plage privée et assure des services de location de vélos et de voitures. Emplacement exceptionnel, sur le sable, direct lagon. Petit déjeuner très agréable. Service toute la journée, carte riche. Donc une très grande liberté de rythme. Plats savoureux et particulièrement bons. Personnel aux petits soins. On vit sur la plage, agréable et eau chaude, baignade et bronzage top. Déco très sympa. proximité activités. Le personnel est tout à fait disponible pour aider à organiser des sorties. Visite ferme d'algues, Paje etc. Les bungalow sont mignons, les corbeaux parlent trois langues: langue corbeau, langue chat et langue chien !!!! Les singes à l'affut essaient de chiper les bananes du petit déjeuner. Structure "familiale" donc contacts très agréables. Les hôtes sont présents et très attentifs.

The staff at Monkey Mountain Lodge were incredibly kind and welcoming, we’ve never felt so well taken care of. The place itself is absolutely beautiful and will stay in our memories forever. The bungalows are clean, cozy, and offer amazing views with baobab trees. Every morning we were visited by adorable blue monkeys, which made the stay even more special! The breakfasts were also delicious. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Zanzibar!

This little chalet is so adorable and the perfect spot for a stay in Kizimkazi. It’s like a jungle paradise. Our host was so helpful too (anything you need she can help you organise) and we loved the breakfast.
