O Bay Harbor Lodge fica a 20 minutos de carro do Parque Nacional Everglades e a 8 km do Parque Estadual Pennekamp Coral Reef. The hosts are very warm and they really make efforts to make guest feel welcome and try their best to accommodate their needs. We needed beach towels in the morning for the tour on the day of our arrival, and they very kindly provided the towels before our check in in the afternoon when we passed by the hotel. And staff is always smiling and you can feel the genuine sincerity and welcome. Rooms are very clean.
