Everything was thoughtful in the cabin, the location is great to access the south toledo state park.

Both free Wifi and private parking are available at TheGapCabin free of charge. Outdoor seating is also available at the villa.

We loved our stay at the Gap Cabin and wished we were there for more than one night. They provided easy access with a door code, it had ample distance from the neighbors and a large driveway with plenty of parking. The inside was immaculate and they though of every detail, including having multiple nice coffee options, milk/butter/yogurt in the fridge, bottled water, snacks, bathroom amenities, etc. The reclining couches and the MASSIVE TV were a huge bonus! Beds were comfy and appliances (including laundry) were all new. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Lovely place! Great escape just 90 mins from Dallas. A lot of activities for kids and for adults. Kids Ranch is amazing to leave the kids supervised while you enjoy a little break.

This place is amazing lots of fun things to do beautiful cabins & property, w game room, camp fire, gold fish pond, and neat chicken coop n jar of feed for guest to Feed the chickens. The owner is really friendly, and helpful. I definitely recommend the roost for a fun family stay..

The hosts made us feel so welcome on their property and it didn't feel like a business transaction - it felt more like spending the night at my cousin's house. The rooms are comfortable and big! We loved feeding the chickens and turkeys. They had the nicest rooster! It is in walking distance to the 4 way Bar and Grill and several other businesses, also only about 20 mins from Bandera. We set up a fire at night and relaxed. We loved our time there and will definitely be back!

The cabin was clean and was fully stocked with everything we needed. The cabin was cozy and just the perfect size for two adults. The location was very secluded. The staff had excellent communication and answered all of our questions.
